We are a management outsourcing company, a program certified by Kementerian Hal Ehwal Dalam Negeri (KHEDN) to which appointed agents are permitted to supply and manage all matters related to foreign workers recruitment.

Processing Application:

Obtaining all necessary documents pertaining to the application.

Interview:

Arranging for all interviews pertaining to the selection of workers
Arranging for client company’s representatives to go to the source country

Process Documentation:

Processing all documentation pertaining to the arrival of the foreign workers, liaising with KHEDN, immigration and other relevant government agencies.

Entry of foreign workers into Malaysia & delivery to client company:

Obtaining all the necessary approvals from the relevant authorities in the respective source countries and making all the necessary arrangements to bring the selected foreign workers to Malaysia.

Ensuring the arrival of the foreign workers in Malaysia within 14 days from the approval date of the calling visa by the Malaysian immigration Department for endorsement of their work permits.
Preparing necessary documents for the submission to the relevant embassies of the countries from which the foreign recruits were recruited.

Legal Advice and Technical Assistance:

Providing legal advice and technical assistance on labour and immigration matters and liaison services with the relevant government agencies.

Accommodation, Transportation, Medical Treatment & Welfare Care:

Providing suitable hostel and adequate facilities (to be located as near as possible to their workplace) for the foreign workers.
Providing daily transportation for the foreign workers between their hostel and the workplace. Providing medical attention and treatment for sick foreign workers through the service of appointed panel clinics.
Maintaining general welfare workers to ensure that they are physically and mentally fit for work.

Conduct, Discipline & Productivity:

We effectively assist your company in maintaining discipline and proper conduct amongst the foreign workers and working hours.
We will be responsible for their conduct outside working hours
We will carry out motivation programs to maintain satisfactory productivity amongst the foreign workers.

ROUND THE CLOCK SUPERVISION OF FOREIGN WORKERS:

Our company will provide a team of experienced site personnel a 24 hours supervision on the workers to ensure discipline and crime free conduct amongst them and attend to any urgent matters such as accidents, sickness etc.
Providing daily transportation for the foreign workers between their hostel and the workplace. Providing medical attention and treatment for sick foreign workers through the service of appointed panel clinics.
Maintaining general welfare workers to ensure that they are physically and mentally fit for work.

Labour & Immigration Matters:

Our company will be responsible for all labour and immigration matters including work permits renewals, FOMEMA examinations, labour grievances and industrial etc.
NOTE: Our lead – time for the delivery of the workers is one and the half (1.5 month) from the date of receiving your demand letter.
